About The Position
The Help Desk Coordinator I is responsible for overseeing the Help Desk system to ensure that end users receive appropriate assistance and follow-up. This role involves managing procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of help requests, as well as providing hands-on support to users at the desktop level. The coordinator will interact with various departments and external providers to maintain positive relationships with customers.
