About The Position

We’re looking for a Help Desk Analyst to own day-to-day support of our internal hardware and software environment, troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, and keep employees productive. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating as needed to keep systems running smoothly. The environment moves quickly, so adaptability, sound judgment, and a practical problem-solving mindset are essential. This position is on-site in Austin, TX! Availability to be in-office 4-5 days a week is required.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with macOS, iOS, and tvOS, including setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Okta, Google Workspace Slack
  • Familiarity with Rippling IT is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and analyzing issues using a systematic approach
  • Help desk support experience, preferably in a distributed office/remote environment
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an emphasis on detail and quality
  • Good organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills with an attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be flexible with taking on new responsibilities and proactive in researching solutions to technical issues

Responsibilities

  • Setup, support, & troubleshoot laptops, workstations, printers and network.
  • Manage configuration & security for MacOS w/ Jamf and Crowdstrike & Windows with Intune & Crowdstrike.
  • Resolve or escalate IT support tickets in a timely manner with a high level of customer service.
  • Install and configure desktop applications and cloud/SaaS services.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within Okta, Rippling, and Google Workspace.
  • Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Onboard new employees by providing equipment, access, and tools needed.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits (hardware/software/security) for compliance with IT standards & policies.
  • Assist with network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to process any policy improvements and provide IT support of company-wide initiatives.
  • Create and update documentation for common technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
