Credit Intermediation and Related Activities

Provide customer service for personal computer questions and network support for entire Bank. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end users within our organization regarding a wide range of hardware, software, and network related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem solving.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of the Bank and its customers
  • Provide service support for all bank branches, office locations, and Administration building either in person or via telephone
  • Assist with software and hardware upgrade migrations
  • Installing and configuring programs such as Microsoft Office, Jack Henry Silverlake, and other Bank applications
  • Troubleshoot printer problems
  • Travel to other locations for on-site maintenance, repair and/or installations
  • Setup and delete users as necessary
  • Assist in set up of new locations with regards to computers and printers
  • Ability & willingness to help with other duties as assigned
  • Associates degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent additional work experience
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
  • One to Two years support experience preferred
  • Technical training or certification preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 11
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with clients and the personnel of other departments either in person or over the telephone
  • This position requires availability on a rotating Saturday schedule, with shifts typically running from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
