The Help Desk Analyst II position is responsible for providing technical support to users, both remotely and in-person, with a focus on hardware-related incidents. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the reliability of IT equipment. The analyst will also collaborate with vendors and maintain accurate records of hardware inventory.

  • Provide remote and in-person technical support, focusing on hardware incidents
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and performance of IT equipment
  • Coordinate hardware upgrades as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hardware inventory
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity problems
  • Collaborate with external vendors for IT-related services and supplies
  • Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments to effectively perform job functions.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Android Development
