About The Position

The Help Desk Analyst I position at Robert Half is a part-time role focused on providing onsite IT support for a local recreational client in Seattle, Washington. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues related to desktop infrastructure, maintaining communication with users, and ensuring adherence to department standards and security policies. This is a short-term contract position lasting 3-4 months, requiring 12-18 hours of work per week.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Help Desk Support and/or related fields.
  • Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications (OneNote, Teams, Outlook).
  • Proficient in providing support for workstations, setting up computers, and deployment.
  • Experience supporting ticketing queues through ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory - group policies/permissions.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Network+, CCNA and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Stripe, Salesforce and/or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Onsite and hands-on support for employees both remotely and onsite.
  • Troubleshoot end-user support items such as laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile/smart phones related to desktop infrastructure.
  • Assist with users' accounts password resets, account creation/deletion through Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Maintain communication with users on incidents through the ticketing system until completion.
  • Install/upgrade new company-supported software to users.
