About The Position

As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will provide support on Windows-based back office system to multiple retail stores in the field. You will ensure that our retail stores are able to pull data from their Point of Sale (POS) system and investigate problems with debit and credit card transactions. You will deploy software upgrades to POS and back office systems, as well as troubleshooting remote networks.
