About The Position

The position involves creating and maintaining cloud storage sites, documenting and reporting work processes and outcomes, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with end users.

Requirements

  • Associate degree with 1+ year of experience in a technical or service desk environment
  • Technical skills in Windows and macOS operating systems, mobile devices, and remote access tools
  • Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and inventory/asset management
  • Strong typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation
  • Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Industry-standard certifications such as HDI, PMP, Microsoft certifications, A+, ITIL Foundations
  • Experience in a Help Desk or call center environment
  • Experience in IT support
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience providing end user training and creating documentation/how-to resources
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage systems and ERP systems
