About The Position

Mark VII is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to manage service calls and coordinate our field technicians. The Help Desk Advisor is responsible for monitoring car wash system failures and providing technical assistance to minimize down time.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Customer Service experience in a call center environment
  • Help desk support experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents and simple instructions.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • SAP preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide first level contact to customers and walk customers through problem solving process
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
  • Track route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
  • Ability to work rotating weekend schedule
  • Must be able to work 6 hours between 8:00am-6:00pm (MT)
  • Other duties as assigned
