The HELOC Servicing Implementation & Oversight Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives within the Mortgage Servicing division, with an initial focus on standing up the servicing of Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loans. This role will oversee end-to-end project execution, from business case development through post-launch stabilization, ensuring that servicing readiness, regulatory compliance, and customer experience standards are fully met. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Investor Relations, Finance, and external vendors to design and implement scalable processes for HELOC servicing and future product integrations.

  • Lead various Servicing Implementation Projects, including defining scope, timelines, resource plans, and milestones.
  • Define and implement servicing workflows, from onboarding through liquidation and servicing transfer for all business areas.
  • Ensure readiness across all platforms (e.g., SMDU, IVR, payment portals, etc.) by coordinating requirements, testing, and deployment.
  • Partner with compliance, product, operations, and engineering to embed servicing needs of a new product into existing systems, policies, and customer-facing platforms.
  • Lead projects from strategy to execution, ensuring on-time delivery, risk control, and compliance. Maintain key documents, including charters, requirements, plans, and executive updates.
  • Establish servicing controls, reporting, and monitoring to maintain compliance with regulatory and investor standards, including manual oversight as we are ramping up new loan products.
  • Support the creation of training materials and knowledge-sharing sessions to scale expertise across servicing operations.
  • Track performance post-launch to identify areas of improvement and ensure operational excellence.
  • Communicate plans for internal teams impacted by the rollout and changes to the current process.
  • Support additional servicing initiatives as the organization expands its product offerings.
  • 5–7+ years of mortgage servicing experience, with strong subject expertise in HELOC products.
  • Proven experience in project management, program implementation, or process re-engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn servicing requirements into scalable operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Prior experience in a fintech or servicing transformation environment is a plus.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
