About The Position
The HEDIS Service Associate I position is designed for individuals who are looking to contribute to the healthcare industry by supporting the HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) process. This role requires effective communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. The associate will be responsible for ensuring that data is accurately collected and reported, which is crucial for maintaining the quality of healthcare services. The position allows for remote work; however, candidates must reside in the Tampa or Miami area to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. In this role, the associate will utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage data and communicate effectively. A typing speed of 30-40 words per minute is required to ensure efficient documentation and correspondence. While prior HEDIS experience is a plus, the company is also looking for candidates who demonstrate flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
