About The Position

Are you an experienced operator looking for a challenging and rewarding career in towing and recovery? We’re looking for a Heavy Duty Wrecker and Transport Operator to join our team! If you have a CDL-A, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you. Hours: Monday-Friday with availability for On Call Hours.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A License with a clean driving record
Previous experience in heavy-duty towing and recovery and transport required
Knowledge of towing industry safety procedures
Ability to lift, maneuver, and secure heavy equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting on-site issues.

Responsibilities

Operate Heavy Duty Wrecker, perform winch outs on various commercial vehicles and equipment
Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring proper securing techniques are applied.
Transport: Moving equipment like construction machinery or large commercial trucks.
Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including vehicle condition reports and service documentation.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on provided equipment to ensure they are in safe, well working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
