About The Position
Semi-Skilled positions consist of the use of knives, hooks, and wearing proper PPE. All Semi-Skilled positions include physical work that can be subject to standing at a table for eight hours or more, and/or working on a moving table or chain. The work environment for these positions is subject to be cold, hot, or humid. Must be able & willing to work in hot and cold environments. Semi-Skilled positions require the ability to work with knives & hooks. Essential to this position, includes pushing, lifting, and pulling of weights not to exceed 80 lbs. Use of physical force when pushing, pulling, and lifting. Must be willing to use & properly wear all required PPE along withstanding 6-8 hours a shift.
