About The Position

As a Stretch Operator, youll play a vital role in stretching high-strength structural components used in aerospace applications worldwide. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a mission that literally helps the world take flight.

Requirements

Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Ability to operate various machines
Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Responsibilities

Operate stretch machine, saw, and related equipment
Inspect products for quality and dimensional accuracy
Promote and practice workplace safety
Perform additional duties as assigned
