Ever wondered what it takes to keep an airline’s fleet running at peak performance? As a Heavy Maintenance (MX) Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Southwest’s most critical maintenance operations. You’ll plan and coordinate day-to-day heavy maintenance visits, ensuring our Aircraft Maintenance Technicians have the parts, tools, and process flows they need to succeed. Acting as the key liaison between Production and departments like Quality Control, Engineering, Stores, and Appearance, as well as external vendors, you’ll keep complex operations running smoothly. Beyond daily oversight, you’ll lead projects that improve compliance and efficiency, directly impacting the reliability and safety of our fleet. Your work helps keep Southwest flying strong, connecting People to what matters most.
