The Area Team Lead is responsible for guiding and coordinating the team’s activities, ensuring they meet operational goals, and deliver exceptional results. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Area Team Lead or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of relevant industry practices and standards

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance support, and performance feedback
