About The Position

Auto service business in Winston-Salem, NC expanding and opening NEW facility. Looking to hire at least one heavy line service technician for cars and light trucks Benefits include: Top Flat Rate Pay for Top Skills...up to $50/hour PLUS Production Bonuses! Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures. Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

• Experience and tools necessary
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)
• Willing to submit to a prescreen background check and drug screen (Required)

Responsibilities
