Step into our plant as a Heavy Industrial Maintenance Mechanic and spend your days solving complex mechanical puzzles that keep steel manufacturing moving. A day in your boots You start with a safety huddle, then scan your work orders in SAP. A gearbox is running hot — you diagnose the issue with test equipment, verify tolerances with precision instruments, pull the unit with an overhead crane, and replace worn components. All day, you’re the teammate others rely on for craft skill, judgment, and calm under pressure.
