Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, cleaning, requalification, rework, and assembly operations on Traction Motor Combo components.
• Utilize both manual and automated equipment in accordance with quality procedures.
• Inspect completed components to ensure compliance with internal inspection criteria.
• Support lean manufacturing principles such as 5s or single piece flow to the required takt time.
• Perform special processes such as welding or non-destructive testing when required.
