About The Position

The Heavy Haul Driver will safely operate a commercial industrial carrier or tractor trailer combination with a GVWR rating in excess of 33,000 lbs. must have 2 years' experience of heavy hauling/commercial driving experience. Essential Duties: Report each scheduled day, on-time, ready and able to work, well-groomed and in uniform. Work with our Dispatch team Heavy equipment hauling Lowboy and Land All Load/unload cargo damage free Perform vehicle inspection sheet daily, identifying any mechanical issues. Comply with Company and DOT regulations regarding the safe operation of the truck. Tracking E logs Inspect all supplied tools such as chains, straps, and cables to ensure equipment is in a good and safe condition. Report any issue that restricts the ability to complete the dispatch in a timely manner. Ability to drive and perform duties via interstate for towing, recovery, and/or transport. Ability to use GPS, company-issued software, mobile device Time management skills Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting work, hours, and information Qualifications, Education, and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid Class A driver’s license with at least two (2) years of heavy hauling/commercial driving experience Must be at least 22 Years of age Physical Requirements Job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing. Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, working outdoors in the environment can be exposed to the weather. Lifting over 50lbs is a job requirement must not have any lifting restrictions and must not be afraid of heights.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class A driver’s license with at least two (2) years of heavy hauling/commercial driving experience
Must be at least 22 Years of age
Job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing.
