About The Position

We are hiring a detail-oriented, focused and dependable Mechanic/Technician to join bring your amazing skills and make an immediate impact to the shop. Use your skills to repair Vermeer machinery and components in a full-time, benefits-eligible role with a competitive hourly rate and production bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions; hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic experience required
• Recommend appropriate repairs and create accurate cost estimates
• Perform welding/fabrication as needed
• Apply current industry/technical advancements in daily work
• Maintain accurate, detailed repair records
• Communicate with the factory for technical assistance
• Perform other duties as assigned
