About The Position

Ready -Mix & Rental Equipment is seeking a multifaceted professional to become part of our small team in a distinctive hybrid position. THE ROLE: · Heavy Equipment Mechanic: Responsible for maintaining and repairing our varied fleet, which includes everything from diesel engines to small tools. · Low -Boy Driver: Tasked with the safe transportation and delivery of heavy machinery throughout Sitka. · Rental Counter: Provide assistance to customers with equipment rentals and offer expert recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and a self -starter attitude.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Sitka, AK.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing our varied fleet, which includes everything from diesel engines to small tools.
• Safe transportation and delivery of heavy machinery throughout Sitka.
• Provide assistance to customers with equipment rentals and offer expert recommendations.
