About The Position

We are seeking experienced and dependable front end loader operator to join our winter/snow operations team. This position is strictly snow-related work—if it snows, you work; if it doesn’t, you’re off. Ideal candidates have prior snow removal and/or heavy equipment experience and are comfortable operating various types of equipment during overnight, early morning, and extended storm events. Additional Equipment You May Operate Pickup truck with plow Skid steer with plow or snow pusher ATV / UTV with plow Snowrator or similar specialized snow equipment

Requirements

• Prior snow removal experience or heavy equipment operating experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work long hours during snow events
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Pass DOT Required Drug Screen

Nice To Haves

• Commercial snow removal experience
• Skid steer, loader, or heavy equipment experience
• CDL (Class A or B) a plus, but not required (Qualifications [Preferred] continued)
• Familiarity with commercial sites
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial snow plowing and snow relocation per site plans
• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently in winter conditions
• Monitor site conditions and maintain cleared surfaces throughout storm events
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding site conditions, equipment issues, or delays
• Perform basic equipment inspections before, during, and after shifts
• Follow all safety protocols and company snow procedures
• Be reliable and responsive during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
