About The Position

We are seeking experienced and dependable front end loader operator to join our winter/snow operations team. This position is strictly snow-related work—if it snows, you work; if it doesn’t, you’re off. Ideal candidates have prior snow removal and/or heavy equipment experience and are comfortable operating various types of equipment during overnight, early morning, and extended storm events.

Requirements

• Prior snow removal experience or heavy equipment operating experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work long hours during snow events
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Pass DOT Required Drug Screen

Nice To Haves

• Commercial snow removal experience
• Skid steer, loader, or heavy equipment experience
• CDL (Class A or B) a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with commercial sites
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial snow plowing and snow relocation per site plans
• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently in winter conditions
• Monitor site conditions and maintain cleared surfaces throughout storm events
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding site conditions, equipment issues, or delays
• Perform basic equipment inspections before, during, and after shifts
• Follow all safety protocols and company snow procedures
• Be reliable and responsive during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
