About The Position

We’re not your typical equipment dealer. Yellow Iron, LLC is a new and growing player in the heavy equipment industry, and we’re on the hunt for a driven Sales Rep who knows machines inside and out. If you love closing deals, getting hands-on with iron, and helping customers find the right equipment for the job — this is the role for you.

Requirements

• A sales hunter with a passion for heavy equipment.
• Someone who can talk torque, hydraulics, and horsepower — and explain it to a customer in plain language.
• Experience in equipment sales, construction, or related industries.
• Ability to inspect equipment and give honest, informed assessments.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to succeed.
• A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel locally/regionally.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down new business and grow our customer base.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, operators, and fleet managers.
• Inspect and evaluate machines to make sure they meet customer needs.
• Show off equipment through demos and walk-arounds.
• Match customers with the right solutions (new, used, or rentals).
• Partner with our service team to keep customers coming back.
• Drive revenue growth in a company where your impact is seen and valued.
