About The Position
Under supervision of the Job Site Foreman, this position is primarily responsible for safely operating construction equipment (bulldozers, backhoes, trench excavators, skid steers, etc.) that moves heavy materials, excavates gravel and earth, drives piles into the ground, or spreads and levels asphalt, concrete, and other paving material. The incumbent will be required to fill in as needed with other jobs at work site during down times (IE. Laborer). Typical schedules are Monday Friday, with weekends required as needed. Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
