About The Position
OE Solar is a fast-growing solar construction company specializing in all solar installations. We are looking for two reliable and skilled heavy equipment operators to support a short-term solar project NOW. Operators will assist with site preparation, trenching, grading, and equipment movement for solar installation. This is a temporary project-based position with the potential for future work depending on performance and upcoming projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment (5+ years preferred)
- Valid equipment operator certification preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, loaders, excavators, and telehandlers
- Perform site grading, trenching, and material handling
- Follow safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Assist the Superintendent and crew as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
