Requirements

• Proficiency in reading, basic oral, written, and mathematical skills, with manual dexterity and ability to operate required machinery.
• 5 years of relevant airport-related experience.
• Massachusetts CDL 'A' and hoisting license.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including plows, loaders, and backhoes, ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of streets and airfield, performing landscaping tasks such as grass cutting, weed control, and debris removal.
• Perform general maintenance duties including repairs on water lines, sewers, and airport structures, and assist with minor repairs and painting.
• Clean common areas and offices, including washing walls, floors, and windows, and responding to cleaning requests promptly.
