About The Position
The position involves safely operating various heavy equipment including excavators, front loaders, and bulldozers to bale, load, and move waste material. Operators are responsible for performing daily inspections and maintenance checks on the equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. The role requires effective communication with co-workers using a two-way radio and adherence to all applicable laws and company policies. Operators will also maintain the appearance of the grounds and facility and attend safety meetings as required.
