We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team for a PERMANENT role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in grading and operating dozers and excavators. A background working around utilities is a plus!

Requirements

• Proven experience operating dozers and excavators
• Strong grading experience required
• Utilities experience is a plus
• Ability to pass a drug test (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Nice To Haves

• Utility installation or excavation background
• Knowledge of grade stakes, plans, and site layouts

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including dozers and excavators
• Perform fine and rough grading
• Work safely around underground utilities
• Follow job site safety procedures and company policies
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work efficiently as part of a crew
