Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a two week, commercial project in Devens, MA starting on 4/20/2026. If you’re a skilled operator who takes pride in safe, quality work — we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of construction experience(preferred)
- Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- MA 2a1c Hoisting License
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices
Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Equipment(Excavator)
- Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projects
- Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
- Perform daily equipment inspections
