Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
• In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery operations.
• Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Capability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare loads for movement.
• Set, align, and level heavy equipment machinery.
• Maneuver loads using heavy equipment machinery and manual handling.
• Ensure compliance with state and company safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with rigging and construction teams.
