Heavy Equipment Operator
About The Position
We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support commercial civil projects. Multiple openings are available for operators experienced in site development, underground utilities, and roadway work. What You'll Do as a Heavy Equipment Operator: Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and motor graders Perform pipe installation support, pond cutting, clearing, grading, and roadway preparation Follow grade using Trimble GPS systems Maintain production efficiency and safety compliance Work closely with foremen and field crews Must-Haves as a Heavy Equipment Operator: 3+ years operating heavy equipment in site development Experience with one or more: excavator, motor grader, dozer, loader Trimble GPS machine control experience Ability to read site plans and follow grade Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Nice-to-Haves as a Heavy Equipment Operator: DOT roadway experience (especially for motor grader operators) Experience in underground utility installation support Experience with finish grading Benefits Offered: Steady project pipeline Opportunity for advancement Supportive field leadership Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce. Requirements
- 3+ years operating heavy equipment in site development

- Trimble GPS machine control experience
