About The Position

Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support our commercial construction projects. This role plays a critical part in site preparation and construction operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with heavy machinery in a commercial construction environment and takes pride in precision, teamwork, and safety.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience operating heavy equipment in commercial construction.
Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience using GPS or other advanced technology for precision equipment operation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders.
Perform site preparation tasks such as land clearing, grading, trenching, and excavation.
Conduct routine equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs.
Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe job site.
Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and crew members to meet project goals and schedules.
Maintain accurate records related to equipment use, maintenance, and project progress.
Identify and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays and ensure quality results.
