About The Position

Heavy Equipment Operator – Missouri Organic Recycling Missouri Organic Recycling is a leader in sustainable recycling solutions, processing brush and yard waste, and producing high-quality mulch, soils, and compost for both wholesale and retail customers. We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This full-time role involves operating wheel loaders and skid-steers while helping maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly recycling yard.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating Front-end loaders and skid-steers safely.
• Good communication and customer service skills; able to interact professionally with both customers and team members.
• Must be dependable and able to work full-time (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders and skid-steers.
• Load materials into trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain bulk yard products and ensure proper organization of materials.
• Assist in keeping the recycling yard clean by removing trash and contaminants from brush and yard waste.
• Perform basic upkeep of equipment, including cleaning and checking fluid levels.
• Follow supervisor instructions and company safety standards at all times.
• Support general grounds keeping and other duties as assigned.
