About The Position

As a Heavy Equipment Operator at EMR, you’ll play a key role our daily operations at our Becker, MN site. In this role, you’ll operate equipment to load, unload and transport scrap metal materials within the yard. What You’ll Do Operate material handler, front end loader and other heavy equipment safely to unload and move scrap material throughout yard Perform daily maintenance and inspections Identify and process different types of scrap metal and report load details Keep the worksite clean, organized and safe Complete daily paperwork, meet production goals and assist with other tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Previous experience operating heavy equipment Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently Maneuver in and around equipment to inspect, operate and maintain company property What We Offer Monday – Friday, no nights or weekends $24+ per hour, Full-time, year-round PTO and 9 paid company holidays Medical insurance Dental insurance Employer paid vision insurance HSA and FSA with employer contribution 401(k) with company match #LI-Onsite IND02

Requirements

Previous experience operating heavy equipment
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
Maneuver in and around equipment to inspect, operate and maintain company property
