About The Position

LOCATIONS: Arizona Region. Qualifications: Minium 5 years of experience effectivaly operating Ability to read and interpret construction plan and specifications Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data A commitment to safety at all times Duties: Daily proper inspections to ensure the equipment is properly maintained Operating equipment safely and efficiently to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget Work closely with management and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest level of quality Safely operate heavy equipment to excavate, move, load and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials Ability to move materials, earth, and other heavy objects as needed Perform various activities including but not limited to road building, fine grading, finishing, sloping, banking, backfilling, demolition, ditching, loading, excavating, stockpiling, road surface maintenance, Other duties as assigned Benefits: 401K match Profit sharing Health, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and Holiday Pay The successful candidate must be safety conscious with a record of working safely in the workplace. Responsibilities
