About The Position

Linde Corporation is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Equipment Operators to become a part of our team. This position requires the operation of heavy construction equipment in order to achieve daily production goals. Requirements

Must be proficient at operating Heavy Construction Equipment - Excavators (various classes), Loaders, Backhoes to complete a variety of tasks (bulk excavation, loading trucks, fine grade work, trenching, backfilling, and etc.)
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance (inspections, greasing, fueling)
A willingness to occasionally work long hours, atypical hours or weekends
Strong initiative (self-starter), problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail
Valid Driver's license
Must be willing to travel to project sites that may include out of town projects
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver's license with clean driving record is preferred
Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and will be subject to other types of drug and alcohol testing as permitted or required by law, to include random, post accident and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
The use of medical marijuana is prohibited in connection with safety-sensitive positions and will result in disqualification from such employment.
A valid state-issued medical marijuana card is not a valid exemption.

Operate equipment in a professional and safe manner
Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of provided equipment
Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed unsupervised with safety in mind
