About The Position

Join Aurizon's Bulk West team in Kwinana and take the wheel of heavy machinery that keeps Australia's resources moving. We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to operate our Front-end loaders and Dozers in a safe, productive environment. About the Opportunity As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Kwinana BCT equipment, handling bulk commodities with precision and care. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll contribute to Australia's supply chain while developing your skills in a stable, long-term role.

Requirements

• Front-end loader and Dozer tickets
• Current driver's license (HR preferred to drive water cart)
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in industrial settings
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical fitness to work in outdoor conditions

Nice To Haves

• Reach stacker licence
• Forklift licence

Responsibilities

• Operating loaders and dozers to load, unload, and transfer bulk commodities
• Conducting pre-operational safety checks and equipment inspections
• Following established procedures to ensure quality and safety standards
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets
• Identifying and reporting equipment issues or safety concerns
