We currently have projects in five (5) states, with plans for continued expansion. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery on construction and/or mine sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery operation and maintenance.
Ability to operate various types of equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately while working under pressure.
Must be willing to work Monday - Friday, weekends as needed.
Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions.
Must be dependable and report to work on time.
Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to be considered.

Nice To Haves

Preferred with heavy equipment or construction operating experience.
Overtime is available.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as Front-End Loader, Excavator, Grader, Scraper, Track Dozer, RTD Dozer, Blade, and/or Haul Truck for various mine operation and construction tasks.
Perform digging and excavation activities as required by project specifications.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on construction sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that equipment is stored properly after use.
