About The Position
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various heavy machinery, including but not limited to rolling compactors, excavators, bulldozers, and front-end loaders. This role involves performing pre- and post-operation inspections, monitoring equipment conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The operator will also document equipment conditions and report any necessary repairs to supervisors, contributing to the overall maintenance and operational readiness of the equipment.
