Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a similar industry preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow.
Tools: Ownership of basic hand tools and a toolbox to get the job done.
Excellent communication skills-a must for working efficiently and positively with others
Organizational skills to keep your area and tasks on track.
Basic mechanical knowledge and a keen willingness to learn more.
Ability to operate and move various types of equipment (we'll train you as you grow with us!)
Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50lbs as needed.
Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments

Responsibilities

Arrive on time, ready to work, and equipped with the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace safety always comes first!
Collaborate with team members and interact professionally with all staff.
Ensure tools are accessible, organized, and in working order.
Service and repair trucks and heavy equipment including fueling, lubricating, greasing, and replacing filters.
Troubleshoot and perform general repairs on a variety of machines.
Pick up parts and supplies from local vendors and assist field mechanics as needed.
