About The Position

The Heavy Equipment Fueler/Oiler position at Claystone Construction involves maintaining and servicing a diverse fleet of heavy machinery used in construction projects. Requirements

• Valid CDL(A) license with clean driving record.
• Class A CDL with tanker and Hazmat endorsements required.
• 2-4 years of fuel/oiler experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in truck and equipment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with heavy equipment desired.
• Mechanical knowledge of 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check fluid levels (fluid, grease, and oil) on heavy equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance including lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Safely operate a lube/grease truck to dispense lubricants to construction equipment.
• Accurately log daily activities such as oil changes, samples, and fuel usage.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Fuel, service, and lube all equipment on assigned projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventories of fuel, oil, filters, and other supplies.
• Complete necessary paperwork including work orders, parts requests, and logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
