As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field tackling repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on some of the toughest and most advanced equipment on the market, including Liebherr, Roadtec, Gomaco, Manitowoc, and Grove. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (technical school a plus)
• 3–5 years of hands-on heavy equipment repair experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude & working knowledge of tools
• Basic welding skills
• Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication & customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

• Class B CDL a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot & repair construction and crushing/screening equipment
• Work across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems
• Use advanced diagnostic tools, laptops, gauges & instruments
• Disassemble/assemble machines to exact manufacturer specs
• Interpret manuals, service orders & tech documentation
• Complete accurate service reports, PM checklists & timecards
• Represent American State with professionalism and strong communication
• Travel 50%+
