About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced Field Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and service construction equipment, trucks, and trailers across multiple job sites throughout PA/OH/WV. This is the right role for someone who enjoys independence, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and likes solving problems on the move. Requirements

• Proven experience repairing heavy equipment or heavy trucks
• Fully equipped mechanic tool set
• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs., climbing, kneeling, etc.and work outdoors all year
• Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment at job sites
• Perform PM services and troubleshoot issues quickly
• Use OEM software for diagnostics, logs, and service reports
• Travel between job sites to support equipment uptime
