If you're a strategic leader who turns challenges into opportunities-this is your moment Your Role: As a Heavy Equipment Diesel Technician at Marous Brothers Construction, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our heavy equipment running at peak performance. You'll diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components, while performing preventative maintenance on bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and trucks. From troubleshooting complex issues to executing major repairs like engine overhauls and transmission work, you'll ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability. You'll also maintain accurate service records, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with field supervisors and shop foremen to prioritize repairs and keep projects moving
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and using diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics preferred.
- Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in varying outdoor conditions.
