About The Position
UE Manufacturing is seeking dedicated Heavy Equipment Assemblers to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves performing standard assembly processes, reworks, and repairs on manufactured equipment and products. As an assembler, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assembly tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to established quality standards and safety procedures. You will work under general supervision, following standard operating procedures to assemble equipment and products. In this position, you will read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials. This will require a keen attention to detail to ensure that all components are assembled correctly. Quality control is a critical aspect of this role; you will perform quality checks to ensure that the products meet the required standards and identify any defects that may arise during the assembly process. When defects are identified, you will complete the necessary documentation and confer with your supervisor regarding any quality or procedural issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for reworking or repairing assembled equipment according to engineering specification changes. Maintaining a clean and safe work area is essential, as is the ability to work effectively with others in a diverse environment.
