About The Position

Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Technician Up to $35/hour and $1500 HIRING BONUS First shift hours Job located in Louisville, KY! When you work with Clarke, you are working with an industry leader! Requirements

Diesel Repair experience is required
Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card
Valid State Driver's License required
While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit.
The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
The associate must be able to read and write reports.

Nice To Haves

Prefer Diesel Program Technical School completion and minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CDL is preferred

Responsibilities

Service and repair work, drive train, steering, electrical, engine, suspension and brakes.
Troubleshooting and inspections
Good computer and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
