As a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and growing our Heavy Duty Parts program across the Muskegon, MI south region. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to a rapidly growing segment of our business. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Heavy Duty Parts, with a strong preference for comprehensive knowledge across all makes.
  • Proven ability to effectively source and identify Heavy Duty Truck parts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use your Heavy Duty Parts expertise (minimum 2 years, all‑makes preferred) to support customers with accurate parts identification and solutions.
  • Demonstrate our “Never Say No” philosophy by gathering the right information to locate any Heavy Duty Truck part needed.
  • Partner with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to identify new sales opportunities and promote our full Heavy Duty product line.
  • Provide timely follow‑up with customers to ensure correct part selection and exceptional service.
  • Assist management in developing and executing sales promotions to drive Heavy Duty growth.
  • Help establish and maintain Heavy Duty inventory levels for supported stores based on customer demand.
  • Make daily outbound sales calls to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
