Key Responsibilities: Operate large forklifts to transport heavy drill pipe and related materials across the facility. Load and unload trucks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols. Stage and supply materials to production lines to maintain efficient workflow. Perform accurate, real-time inventory and material movement transactions using internal systems and databases. Complete daily inspections and basic maintenance of material handling equipment. Work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision. Interpret and follow written and verbal instructions effectively. Available to work scheduled 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Education & Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Previous experience operating large forklifts or heavy equipment is preferred. Previous experience transporting tubular materials is preferred. Experience with smaller forklifts is a plus. Prior experience in material handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred. Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms. Must have a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work either day or night, 12-hour shifts as required by operations.
