HEAVY DUTY CLEANER
About The Position
Join Our Team as a Heavy-Duty Cleaner! Are you someone who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and organized work environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Heavy-Duty Cleaner to play an important role behind the scenes and help keep our kitchen operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Keep the dish room and back-of-house areas sparkling clean and organized. Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all cooking equipment, walls, and floors meet cleanliness standards. Manage trash and garbage disposal safely and efficiently. Make sure our restaurants are always stocked with the essentials: dishes, glasses, and silverware. Dust, sweep, mop, and support various kitchen cleaning needs. Follow company and departmental procedures to maintain a safe, healthy work environment. Step in to help with other duties as needed; teamwork is key! Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or GED preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher is preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Some computer knowledge is a plus.
